Tooling & production
Once the sample’s approved, we move into tooling and full production, run by the same team that built the prototype.
We’ve cut enough molds to know exactly where tolerances get tight and where production-level quality actually lives — not on a spec sheet, but in the tool. That’s why we routinely work with a client’s engineers before a mold is cut, catching tolerance issues on paper instead of in a bad first article.
One point of accountability regardless of where the work happened — the client never has to know or care, only that the product shows up right.
