From Concept to Distribution and Sales
Getting a product made is one problem. Getting distribution is another.
Landing a placement through a major sales channel means meeting requirements that have nothing to do with whether the product itself is good — case pack quantities, ship-date windows, labeling specs, price points. Because we’ve worked on so many products, we’ve become familiar with a wide range of outlets, and we put those relationships to work helping our clients grow faster.
Beyond the Product Itself
Manufacturing is rarely the only thing a launch needs — and it’s rarely the only place a new brand gets overcharged. Website builds, product photography, IP protection, 3PL and fulfillment, retail placement strategy: each one usually comes with its own markup from a vendor who only sees you once. Because of the relationships we’ve built across these areas, we can connect you to trusted partners — often at better pricing than you’d find cold — and manage those pieces alongside production, so you have one team who actually knows your product coordinating the whole launch instead of five vendors who don’t talk to each other. We don’t provide legal or IP services directly — for patents and trademarks, we connect clients with qualified IP counsel we trust, rather than touching that work ourselves.
Getting Into Distribution
For clients who want it, we can also help with introductions into retail and distribution channels we’ve built relationships with over the years. This is a separate service from manufacturing, available on request — not a standard part of any production engagement. If you’d like our help here, terms are discussed and agreed upfront before any introduction is made, so it’s always clear what’s being requested and what it involves.
A great product can still stall out if nobody’s thought through how it actually reaches customers — the channel requirements, the timing, the partners needed to get from a finished good to a sale. We treat distribution and sales the same way we treat manufacturing: something to plan for from day one, not a problem to solve after the product’s already built.
One point of contact for the product and everything it takes to get it into customers’ hands — manufacturing, distribution, and the relationships in between.
